Refunds/Returns
Return Policy:
Discounted Items: Items purchased at a discounted price, regardless of their current price, are not eligible for return or exchange. All sales of discounted items are considered final sale.
Products bought at the regular price, with a Season Ticket Holder discount, will qualify for both returns and exchanges.
Jerseys with Player or Custom Names:
Jerseys that include a player's name and number, Player 22, or those customized with a personal name, are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before finalizing the purchase to ensure accuracy in player name selection, custom name and number request, and sizing.
Conditions for Return/Exchange Eligibility:
For all eligible returns or exchanges, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

A valid proof of purchase, such as the packing slip, must accompany the return.

The item/s will not be eligible for return if they were purchased during a sale.
How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please log into your account and select your order. On the top right of the screen click “request return “ and follow the instructions.
Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
Refund/Exchange Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment, and exchanges will be processed based on product availability. We do not offer store credit, gift cards, etc.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.
