By entering this Angel City FC x LA Galaxy Enter to Win Sweepstakes (this “Sweepstakes”), you agree to be bound by these official rules and all decisions of WFC LA, Inc. (“Angel City” or “Sponsor”) with respect to this Sweepstakes:

This Sweepstakes will begin on August 10, 2021 at 9:00am Pacific Time and end August 13, 2021 at 12:00pm Pacific Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

There is no cost to enter this Sweepstakes, and no purchase is necessary to enter or win.

To enter, you must enter at www.angelcity.typeform.com/LAGsuitesweeps during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries must be received no later than August 13, 2021 at 12:00pm Pacific Time. Sponsor is not responsible for any failure to receive an entry due to any transmission or technical error of any kind.

Ten (10) winners will be selected at random from eligible entries and notified by email. If the potential winner does not respond within 24 hours of the sending of email or the email is returned as undeliverable, an alternate potential winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. The winner may be required to provide additional information to verify his/her eligibility for the prize. In the event of a dispute regarding the winner, the person assigned to the email account used to submit the entry will be deemed the winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Each winner will receive two (2) tickets to the LA Galaxy vs. Colorado Rapids game hosted at Dignity Health Sports Park on August 17, 2021 in Carson, CA with an approximate retail value of $200.00. All tickets are located in an event suite. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash or for any other product of service; there are no prize substitutions except in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. In the case of unavailability of any prize, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The winner is responsible for all taxes incurred in connection with the prize.

All entrants or winners agree to comply with Major League Soccer’s Ticketing Terms, which can be found at https://www.lagalaxy.com/ticketdisclaimer, and all other Dignity Health Sports Park safety and security measures. Notwithstanding the foregoing or anything to the contrary herein, it is expressly acknowledged and agreed that none of Major League Soccer, L.L.C. (“MLS”), Soccer United Marketing, LLC (“SUM”), Anschutz L.A. Soccer, Inc. (“LA Galaxy”) (MLS, SUM and LA Galaxy, collectively, the “MLS Entities”), Anschutz Southern California Sports Complex, LLC (“ASCSC”), nor any of their respective owners or affiliates are sponsors or administrators of this Sweepstakes, and are not responsible for this Sweepstakes or have any obligations with respect thereto, including the execution or fulfillment of this Sweepstakes. All trademarks of any of the foregoing entities or persons used herein or otherwise in connection with this Sweepstakes are the property of their respective owner(s) and are used for prize description purposes only.

You must be 18 years or older and a resident of California residing within 75 miles of Carson, CA.

Angel City reserves the right to delay, cancel or modify this Sweepstakes for any reason, including the timeline for entry and determining the winner.

Governing Law: This Sweepstakes is governed by the Laws of the State of California, without regard to its choice of law principles and is void where prohibited by law. Each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the courts in Los Angeles County, State of California, United States of America.
