El diseño es un guiño a la ciudad de Los Ángeles, donde abundan las palmeras. La manga negra y la esquina inferior representan las palmeras de la ciudad, mientras que algunas hojas tienen un detalle de arena que rinde homenaje a la playa. El mantra del equipo, "VOLEMOS", está en la nuca como un recordatorio para seguir volando juntos a mayores alturas.
