All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product's description. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Order processing times may be delayed during holidays, launches, limited-edition releases, or other times when we’re experiencing a high volume of orders.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If your order’s shipment is delayed significantly, we will contact you via email to notify you.

At the moment, all decorated jerseys (ACFC Player jerseys, custom name and number, P22), take 2-4 weeks for processing and shipping. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return unless the item purchased is on sale or is marked as final sale in the product's description.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
